How to Apply for a Publication Grant?
- The Publication Grants are restricted to those delegates who are currently AAMP Student Members. Students can apply for AAMP Student membership by linking to the Student application page:

- Please provide a complete address, telephone number, e-mail address, the name of your mentor and the institution you are representing.

- Confirm your residency status and whether you are applying for a publication grant.
We are offering up to five (5) Publication Grants in the amount of $700.00 each. Publication Grants are provided by funding from the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics for the purpose of encouraging young prosthodontists to present and publish the findings of their research projects. Therefore, in applying for a publication grant, applicants agree to the following conditions:
- Participants are a current resident in a prosthodontic or maxillofacial prosthetic program, or within one year of having completed a residency program.
- Present the information in Poster format for the Research Committee and attendees of the Annual Session of the AAMP at the designated time of the Competition.
- Submit the material presented in the Poster Competition in paper format according to the ‘Guidelines for Authors’, for publication in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
- The paper submitted for publication and associated with a publication grant must be the material presented at the competition.
- Paper must be submitted prior to abstract submission deadline date. Selection of Grant recipients will be made by the AAMP Research Committee. Those receiving Grant/s) will present at the Poster/Presentation, and agree to submit their paper for publication to the sponsoring organization: Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry
